Sarah studied at Northumbria University for four years, with an ambition to create a collection that was both ethical and stylish.

Sarah succeeded with her Graduate collection – the integrity centred on the upcycling of materials, using only secondhand tweeds and woollen mixes with extreme attention to detail taken. The weight and colour of each hand-selected piece of fabric was carefully considered to ensure the compatible aesthetic of each of the finished garments.

The next step for Sarah’s career is to follow on with her collection and appreciation of ethical fashion, ending with her own business, creating garments of a high quality mainly from secondhand sources, fully considering ethical awareness.
