Grace Weller, from Bath Spa University was chosen as the winner of the George Gold Award.
Now, Grace has won £10,000, as well as £2,000 for her university alongside a paid design placement with George and the opportunity to have a collection produced with George. "I’m already looking forward to translating my collection for George. It will be great to redesign it for a wider audience and see the pieces from a new angle, keeping the collection unique to my own style.”

Grace Weller of Bath Spa University was chosen as the Womenswear Award winner, as well as the George Gold Award winner.
Winning £5,000 for herself and £1,000 for her university, she was chosen for her outstanding collection and demonstration of exceptional creativity, design, cut and construction, colour and fabric.

MENSWEAR AWARD-AIMEE DUNN
NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY
Aimee Dunn of Nottingham Trent University won the coveted Menswear Award. She won £5,000 for herself and £1,000 for her university.
Aimee's impressive collection was judged on her creativity, catwalk impact, workmanship and potential and, because of her impressive delivery all four, was named the 2014 winner.
STUART PETERS VISIONARY KNITWEAR AWARD-REBECCA SWANN
NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY
Rebecca Swann of Nottingham Trent university won the Stuart Peters Visionary Knitwear Award.
For GFW 2014, Swann was named winner for her creation of a directional and innovative knitwear collection that showed an appropriate use of colour, texture, yarn and silhouette. Her collection was chosen for its creativity, fashion forward approach and excellence in construction.
CREATIVE CATWALK AWARD-CAMILLA GRIMES
MANCHESTER SCHOOL OF ART
Camilla Grimes of the Manchester School of Art was awarded the Creative Catwalk Award.
Demonstrating an extraordinary level of originality, creativity and conceptual understanding, as well as garment construction executed with impressive skill, innovation and workmanship, she won £1,000 for herself and £250 for her university.
INTERNATIONAL AWARD-SHAN LIAO-HUANG

ETHICAL AWARD-STEPHANIE AMBRIDGE
NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY
Stephanie Ambridge of Northumbria university was chosen as the winner of the Ethical Award.
Being told she had created a business model that was going to "change the way we buy and make fashion," as she collected her work, the judges were nothing short of impressed. Creating an ethically aware and eco-friendly based product that was relevant in today's economic climate, Ambridge's work showed clear understanding and delivery throughout her developments.

KAREN MILLEN PORTFOLIO AWARD-JASMINE HURST
UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS
Jasmine Hurst of the University of Leeds was awarded the Karen Millen Portfolio Award.
With her portfolio described by the judges as "beautifully presented and very well edited," Jasmine's attention to detail and innovative thinking made her stand out amongst the applicants.
