Norwich University of the Arts student, Beckie Jordan, designed the statement dress that boohoo were looking for, and has been named the winner! Having created a iconic vibrant red jumpsuit, with belt detailing and playful edits to the classic culotte shape Beckie's piece stood out amongst the entries.
