We're proud to announce that the renowned International Catwalk Show Competition returns for the fifth year running on Wednesday 7th June at 12noon. Last year, Amesh Wijesekera from the Academy Of Design, Sri Lanka, won the chance to put his work on display during London Fashion Week, with Fashion Scout.
Inviting the world’s leading fashion institutes to enter their top graduate collection, GFW showcases the best and most innovative student they have to offer under one platform. From The New School Parsons in New York, Donghua University China and Bunka in Japan, Accademia Costume & Moda Rome and numerous other European institutes creating over 30 participants worldwide to showcase on the London catwalk.
The winner of The International Catwalk Competition will be announced during the prestigious Gala Award Show that same evening and receives a prize of £1,000, alongside the opportunity to showcase their collection with Fashion Scout during London Fashion Week this coming September. For 2017, an additional two runners up will receive prizes of £500 for 2nd place and £250 for 3rd place.
The respected five member judging panel made up of top industry and media includes Senior Fashion Editor of Vogue Italia, Sara Maino.

GFW is the world’s largest event for BA Fashion talent and will be taking place on the 4th-7th June 2017 at The Old Truman Brewery, Shoreditch, London.
