HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE NAMED AN AWARD WINNER?

I never thought that when I first started university that I would ever get selected to exhibit my collection at GFW, let alone become an award winner. It is such an amazing feeling and I feel truly honoured to have received the Matalan Visionary Knitwear Award.

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING SINCE GFW?

Since GFW, I have been working on my own designs and also doing some freelance work.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES FOR THE FUTURE?

My ultimate goal is to eventually have my own label though I want to gain and achieve lots of fashion and knitwear knowledge to be able to achieve this dream.

HAS BEING INVOLVED WITH GFW LED TO ANYTHING ELSE?

Thanks to GFW a few companies with offers of career opportunities have approached me. It has definitely opened many doors!

WHEN DID YOU FIRST HEAR ABOUT GFW?

I first heard about GFW just before I started University at Nottingham Trent.
