With day one of GFW having flown past already, we are already seeing the amazing and emerging talent that our graduates have been creating the past year! There will be plenty more catwalk shows and talks you will not want to miss.
Preparing for the catwalk today will be models showcasing collections designed by talented graduates from seven uniquely talented and gifted universities including Nottingham Trent University, Northampton University, Ravensbourne and more. Our GFW live talks will not disappoint, with day two consisting of seven exclusive talks from a variety of industry experts, all differing from a masterclass with London Beauty Artists, interesting panel talks, alumni in conversation with Hilary Alexander OBE, an inspiring talk with design legend Orla Kiely OBE and influential talks with Debenhams and M&S. From 16:00 until 20:00 Manchester Fashion Institute will be presenting an International Fashion Promotion Exhibition on our second floor. The show will demonstrate the capability and flair of graduates with fascinating communicative and promotion skills. The presentation will celebrate international promotion methods connecting with the audience through various media choices.
There is plenty to see and do day two of GFW18, and we cannot wait for you to explore our exhibition and experience the unforgettable atmosphere. Don’t forget to book your tickets for day three and day four or you may regret it!
