Graduate Fashion Week are proud to kick off the first day of the four-day event, packed with students and their work from some of the best universities as well as talks with notable names discussing the industry. Sunday, June 4th holds a selection of talks and catwalks that cannot be missed. Northbrook College Sussex & Sheffield Hallam University are the first to show on the catwalk, followed by University of Central Lancashire, University of Salford, Edinburgh College of Art, Northumbria University and last, but not least, University of East London. With a large selection of universities showing, what better way to start the GFW events?
Alongside an exciting schedule of catwalk shows, make sure to check out the great GFW Live! talks being held by some of the best names in fashion, buying, and marketing. If you’re interested in Lingerie Buying, Buying Director Debby Duckett of Boux Avenue will be discussing the process and tips behind Lingerie Buying. A daily GFW Live! talk will be held by notable journalist Hilary Alexander OBE in conversation with a different guest every day throughout GFW. Starting
