House of Holland SS19 related to the women of London. Any woman who has been in a rush, run out of time to dry their hair or felt they had to touch up their makeup on the tube can be held responsible for inspiring this collection. The suitably named ‘Pull in Emergency’ showcase paraded Henry Holland’s response to the London girl aesthetic; attitudes, cultures and mind sets alongside, obvious urban sportswear and 1980s influences.
Johnstons of Elgin showcased new cutting edge lightweight textiles and knit innovations with their SS19 collection during London Fashion Week at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel. Johnstons of Elgin is a Scottish cashmere brand with a woollen mill in Elgin, especially concerned with the preservation of traditional craft, and ensuring the conservation of special and increasingly rare skills.
Recently, we ran a social media competition, offering the opportunity to win tickets to the Christopher Bailey's final show as Creative Director at Burberry. Four students from the University of Rochester were the lucky winners of the tickets, and accompanied by Managing and Creative Director of Graduate Fashion Week, Martyn Roberts, headed to the rainbow themed show on Saturday 17th February.

London Fashion Week Mens 2018 runs from 6th - 8th January, and with many exciting London based emerging designers participating, we’re more than excited to see the menswear talent on show. To celebrate the most innovative talent, we’ve compiled a list of three unmissable shows and presentations, that are sure to make waves across the menswear sector.
It was only last year that Billie Jacobina showed her graduate collection at Graduate Fashion Week and this year she is showing during London Fashion Week with Fashion Scout! A graduate of UCA Rochester, Billie attempts to break boundaries within the textile industry by adding additional techniques to fashion and making them contemporary, bringing Billie's dreams and fantasies alive. Her clothes are captivating, with a unique use of print and fabric.
Billie Jacobina's presentation takes place on Friday 17th February at 12pm.
After graduating from Ravensbourne in 2015, Ester Kubisz showcased at the Graduate Fashion Week catwalk and went on to win the Best Garment Award at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Central Europe. Ester was one of last season's Fashion Scout SS17 Ones to Watch Award Winners and now she's back once again on the Fashion Scout catwalk! In her last collection Ester showed deconstructed and recreated men's pin stipe suits with a raw take on professional menswear; we can't wait to see what Ester has to show this season!
Ester Kubisz' catwalk show takes place on Sunday 19th February at 16:30.
Krasimira Stoyneva is a graduate of the University of East London, a GFW member university. Her use of synthetic hair, bold prints and contemporary style have become recognised globally and since graduating she has won the High Commended Award by Diversity Now and the Vogue & Muuse Young Vision Award. Sara Maino, a GFW Ambassador, has praised Krasimira's "bold combination of material and prints".
Krasimira Stoyneva will be showing on Friday 17th February on the Ones to Watch catwalk at Fashion Scout.
